The Water Research Commission (WRC) is inviting applications from suitably qualified and unemployed South African graduates and TVET learners for its 2026 / 2027 Internship and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme. This 24-month programme is designed to provide practical workplace experience, professional development, and exposure to a dynamic working environment, helping participants build the skills needed for successful careers.
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 35 years of age.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Not have previously participated in any internship programme.
- Meet the qualification requirements for the specific internship being applied for.

- TVET applicants must also submit:
- Certified N6 Certificate.
- Official Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placement letter from their TVET College.
- Clearly indicate the relevant reference number for the internship being applied for.
