IStore is inviting applications for its Elevate Graduate Internship Programme 2026 / 2027, a 12-month paid graduate development programme designed to identify, develop, and accelerate talented graduates into future leadership roles within the business.The programme offers structured rotations across multiple business functions, providing graduates with practical experience, professional development, and exposure to the operations of a leading retail technology company. Participants will develop valuable business, leadership, and customer service skills while building a strong foundation for a long-term career at IStore.
As a Graduate Intern, you will:
- Participate in structured rotations across various business departments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support retail sales activities and contribute to achieving business objectives.
- Assist with store operations and daily retail functions.
- Gain exposure to business and commercial operations.
- Participate in training and professional development initiatives.

Applicants must:
- Have completed a Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in any field within the last three years.
- Have graduated from a recognised South African university.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be available to begin full-time employment on 1 September 2026.
- Be able to travel regularly to Sandton and other IStore locations as required.
- Be committed to completing the full 12-month programme.
