he Clicks Youth Employment Programme 2026 / 2027 is designed to equip unemployed young South Africans with valuable retail knowledge, practical workplace experience, and professional skills.
The programme combines:
- Classroom-based learning
- Practical on-the-job training in a Clicks retail store
- Workplace mentorship and development
Upon successful completion, participants will receive an NQF Level 2 Checkout Operator Occupational Qualification, helping them improve their future employment opportunities within the retail sector.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be between 18 and 29 years of age.
- Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Must currently be unemployed.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to learn and work in a team environment.
- Must not be registered on another Learnership or Skills Programme.
