The Clicks Group Youth Employment Programme 2026 / 2027 is designed to provide unemployed young South Africans with valuable workplace experience in the health and beauty retail industry. The programme combines structured classroom learning with practical, on-the-job training in a Clicks retail store.Upon successful completion, participants will receive an NQF Level 2 Checkout Operator occupational qualification, equipping them with practical retail skills and improving their future employment opportunities.
- Gain practical retail work experience.
- Receive classroom-based and workplace training.
- Develop customer service and communication skills.
- Learn from experienced retail professionals.
- Earn a nationally recognized NQF Level 2 Checkout Operator qualification.
- Improve employability within the retail sector.
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 29 years of age.
- Have successfully completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Be currently unemployed.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to learn and work effectively within a team.
- Not be registered on any Learnership or Skills Programme at the time of application
