WeThinkCode_ is a South African-based software development academy focused on identifying and nurturing untapped talent. Through a custom-designed curriculum and dynamic learning environment, the academy trains young people to become world-class software developers. Since its inception, WeThinkCode_ has successfully placed 91% of its graduates in permanent employment within the tech industry.

Recruitment: WeThinkCode_ actively seeks out youth who demonstrate a high potential for success in software development, regardless of prior experience or academic background.

Placement: Upon completion, graduates are awarded an accredited qualification in Systems Development and supported into permanent employment opportunities in the tech sector.
To qualify for the 2025 intake, applicants must:

Not be currently employed or enrolled in any form of study, as this is a full-time commitment
