To qualify for the Volkswagen Group Internship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Must have a National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Age: Typically between 18 and 35 years old.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry and innovation.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, SAP, or relevant software knowledge is an advantage).
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Authorization: Must be a South African citizen or hold valid work authorization.
