1. Discover Graduate Programme (Permanent Position)

This is a two-year leadership development programme designed to shape the next generation of Vodacom leaders.

Start Date: 1 February 2026

Eligibility:

• Must have completed an undergraduate degree (or equivalent NQF 7 or higher) by the end of 2025
• South African citizen by birth
• 26 years old or younger

2. Vodacom Internship Programme (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

This is a one-year internship designed to provide workplace experience and valuable exposure to the corporate environment.

Start Dates: 1 February 2026 or 1 March 2026
Programme Features:

• 12-month fixed-term contract
• Structured training and skills development
• Hands-on work experience and networking opportunities
• Monthly stipend
• Acts as a pipeline to the Discover Graduate Programme or permanent roles

Eligibility:

• Must have completed an undergraduate degree (or equivalent NQF 7 or higher) by the end of 2025

• Must be a South African citizen by birth
• Must be 26 years old or younger

Note: Candidates with NQF 6 (National Diploma) will only be considered if they have qualifications in:

• Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Computer Software Engineering
• Information Systems / Information Technology
