To be eligible for the learnership, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be under the age of 35
- Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Have no prior work experience
- Not have participated in any W&R SETA (Wholesale & Retail Sector Education and Training Authority) learnership before
While not mandatory, the following skills will be advantageous:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective planning and organizing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
