As a Multi Skilled Employee, you’ll be required to support various cinema operations, including:
- Box Office & Catering Sales
- Collections Counter
- Cinema Floor Assistance
- Waiter Services
- Popcorn & Slush Preparation
- General Cinema Duties
You will be responsible for ensuring that Ster-Kinekor’s world-class standards in customer service, cleanliness, and product delivery are upheld.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ster-Kinekor products, promotions, and campaigns
- Upsell to guests based on promotions and offerings
- Ensure accurate presentation standards (age restrictions, posters, synopses, disclaimers, etc.)
- Prepare snacks (popcorn, slush, etc.) to Ster-Kinekor quality standards
- Keep all workstations, storerooms, and equipment clean and organized
- Monitor stock integrity, packaging, and storage procedures
- Adhere to Health & Safety (H&S) standards and submit reports as scheduled
- Maintain personal presentation and wear the correct uniform at all times
- Display respectful and professional conduct aligned with Ster-Kinekor values
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Experience: 0 – 1 year in a similar role
- Technical Skills: Basic MS Office Suite knowledge
- Advantageous: Knowledge of VISTA system
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Analytical mindset
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Computer literate
