The Procurement Officer NQF 5 Learnership Programme is structured to develop competent procurement professionals capable of:
- Coordinating procurement and the supply of goods and services.
- Managing contracts and conducting negotiations with suppliers.
- Monitoring and implementing procurement schedules.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be unemployed.

Must not be registered for any qualification or another learnership programme.

Must not have a completed post-matric qualification.

Must have completed Matric (Grade 12) with the following minimum subject requirements:

Mathematical Literacy – Level 4 or higher

English – Level 4 or higher

Must submit a SAQA/NLRD verification report (available from the SAQA website).

Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID document.

Age must be between 18 and 35 years in accordance with the National Skills Development Strategy (NSDSIII).

Applicants who are deaf or hard of hearing must provide their own interpreters at their own cost, as participation in this learnership requires the ability to hear and communicate.

A medical certificate or a signed ITRDD13 form from a registered medical doctor must be attached as proof of disability.
