This 12-month initiative is designed to empower unemployed youth by providing hands-on training and real-world work experience across PPC’s operational departments.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the PPC Youth Trainee Programme, applicants must:

  • Be unemployed youth in South Africa
  • Have a Matric / Grade 12 certificate
  • Reside in or near one of the listed programme locations
