To qualify for the Pick n Pay Internship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education:
- A National Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Retail, Business Administration, Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.).
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong interest in the retail and FMCG industry.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital tools, and business software).

- Residency: Must be a South African citizen.
- Work Authorization: Must hold valid work authorization in South Africa.
