Job Description

The Pick n Pay Internship Program is a 12- to 24-month structured training program where interns will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining real-world experience in their chosen field. Interns will participate in projects, workshops, and training programs designed to enhance their technical and leadership skills.

Requirements

To qualify for the Pick n Pay Internship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Education:
    • A National Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Retail, Business Administration, Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.).
  • Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong interest in the retail and FMCG industry.
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital tools, and business software).
    • A team player with a proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Residency: Must be a South African citizen.
  • Work Authorization: Must hold valid work authorization in South Africa.
  • Availability: Must be available for the entire duration of the internship.
