OUTsurance is offering unemployed graduates an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience through its structured 2025 Internship Program. This program is designed to provide practical exposure and training in various departments within the company. Successful candidates will be placed on a 12-month fixed-term Internship Agreement (not an employment contract) and receive a monthly stipend.
Payroll Internship
Requirements:
- BA in Business Administration
- BCom in Human Resources
- BCom in Accounting
- Or any similar relevant field
Data Analyst Internship
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in:
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Actuarial Science
- Data Analytics
- Computer Science
- Information Engineering
- Informatics
- Or an equivalent field
IT Help Desk Internship
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology
- Diploma / Degree in Information Systems
- Or any relevant IT qualification (degree and/or diploma)
- A+ Certificate (advantageous)
Payroll Analytics Internship
Requirements:
- BSc IT or other quantitative degree
Motor Assessing Internship
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent
- 1-year certificate or higher in Automotive/Mechanical or related qualification field
Human Capital Internship
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in:
- Human Resource Development
- Human Resources
- Industrial Psychology
- Labour Relations
- BCom Law
- LLB
To qualify for the internship, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be currently unemployed
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Have not previously participated in an internship/learnership with INSETA
