- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- 1-year Certificate and/or NQF Level 7 qualification
- Record keeping, filing, and database maintenance
- Data collection and transaction processing
- Reporting and general administration

- Understanding of business processes
- Basic knowledge of insurance services
