From day one, you will take ownership of meaningful deliverables, contribute to client engagements, and build strong external relationships. With a strong focus on technology and data, this programme provides exposure across multiple industries including financial services, retail, restaurants, hospitality, and more.The programme recruits into the Performance Analytics career track, where you will primarily support analytics-driven consulting engagements. - Collaborate with consulting teams to deliver strategic, analytical, and data-driven solutions for clients
- Analyze large datasets to generate insights that support business decision-making
- Develop client-ready presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and contribute to project success
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both internal teams and clients
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree with an expected graduation date between November 2025 and August 2026
- Outstanding academic record
- Proven leadership experience in work environments and/or extracurricular activities
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis or querying tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Excel, Tableau) is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
