2. Graduate Internship (Diploma Holders)
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Management
- Diploma in Retail Business Management
- Diploma in General Management
3. Massmart Learnership Programme
Eligibility:
- South African Citizen
- Completed Matric / Grade 12
- Must not be permanently employed with one employer for more than 1 year
- Must not be studying full-time during the programme period (August 2025 – July 2026)
- Must not be registered on a SETA-funded programme
4. Internship Programme – TVET (N6 Qualification)
Qualifications:
- N6 in Business Management
- N6 in Financial Management
- N6 in Human Resources
- South African citizenship
- Relevant qualification (Degree, Diploma, N6, or Matric depending on the programme)
- Passion for the retail sector
- Willingness to be placed in any province across South Africa
