Overview:

The Inkomati-Usuthu Catchment Management Agency (IUCMA) is inviting unemployed graduates to apply for its 24-month Graduate Internship Programme (2025/2026). This initiative supports skills development by offering hands-on workplace experience across multiple disciplines in water resource management, compliance, IT, HR, finance, and more.

Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend, as determined by the organization’s policy.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must:

  • Be unemployed and 35 years or younger
  • Hold a National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • Have not participated in an internship program in either the public or private sector previously
