Description

Fidelity Services Group invites ambitious and motivated graduates to apply for its Graduate Internship Programme 2026, an intensive 18-month development programme based in Johannesburg. This programme is designed to equip graduates with practical exposure, professional skills, and business knowledge required to succeed in a large corporate environment.The programme is open to candidates currently based in Johannesburg or those willing to relocate to Gauteng Province at their own cost. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience across various business units while developing leadership, innovation, and strategic execution capabilities.Graduates will be exposed to specialized business concepts, operational objectives, and real-world outcomes that support both personal career growth and organizational success.

Programme Objectives
  • Provide graduates with access to an accelerated development programme
  • Build a sustainable talent pipeline for key roles within Fidelity Services Group business units
Programme Outcomes

Graduates will gain the ability to:

  • Manage self and others, and demonstrate leadership within teams
  • Understand business operations and departmental functions through tools such as SWOT analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and customer service while reducing costs
  • Understand monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes and propose cost-optimization strategies
  • Contribute to internal and external customer and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Understand the sales cycle, sales management, employee productivity, and cost control
  • Propose operational efficiency solutions across guarding services, cash processing, armed response, business development, and sales
  • Promote a zero-harm culture in line with OH&S and COIDA policies
  • Understand customer contracts within Fidelity Services Group
  • Gain insight into organizational culture and Human Capital processes
  • Engage with external stakeholders such as community leaders, SAPS, employer organizations, and community forums
  • Understand and comply with relevant legislation, including (but not limited to):
  • BCEA
  • NKP Act
  • PSIRA Act
  • Firearms Control Act
  • POPI Act
  • Criminal Procedures Act
  • ISO standards
  • Complete PSIRA registration during the programme period
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field aligned with Fidelity Services Group’s business and future strategy
  • Postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Johannesburg
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clear criminal record
  • Fully computer literate (MS Office Suite)
  • Willingness to rotate across roles and work away from the appointed place of work
