This national programme aims to provide valuable work experience to young South Africans in line with BBBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) objectives.

- 12-month fixed-term contract
- Work placement at Eskom sites across South Africa
- Hands-on training and mentoring
- Exposure to operations within one of Africa’s largest state-owned enterprises
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 34
- Have a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent post-matric qualification
- Not be in permanent employment for more than 12 months
- Not be studying full-time in 2025
- Not have participated in a previous YES initiative
