This structured programme is designed to provide newly qualified university graduates with hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to Citi’s global banking environment.Throughout the programme, graduates will gain practical work experience while being trained and mentored by industry professionals. - Completed an undergraduate degree (minimum GPA of 65% or above) or a master’s degree in any discipline
- Maximum of 1 year of work experience (work experience is advantageous but not required)
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

- Commitment to personal growth and career development
- Ability to work effectively in team-based environments
- Interest in the global and domestic business landscape, particularly financial regulations and compliance (preferred but not required)
