This structured Learnership Programme offers practical work experience, industry exposure, and professional development, providing graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the financial sector.
During the 12-month programme, graduates will work across various Citi business areas, gaining hands-on experience and insights into the corporate banking environment. Additionally, selected graduates will be sponsored for a postgraduate qualification relevant to their field, enhancing both their academic and professional growth.
Graduates will also have the opportunity to apply for permanent positions within Citi South Africa during the programme.

We are looking for highly motivated graduates who meet the following requirements:
Education:
- Completed an undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 65% and above, or
- Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience:
- Maximum of 1 year of work experience (not required but acceptable).
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- High level of commitment to learning and career growth.
- Passion for corporate banking and financial services.
- Basic understanding of the global and domestic business landscape (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
