To qualify for the programme, you must:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (obtained within the last 3 years)
- Have less than 2 years of working experience
- Be a South African citizen (13-digit SA ID required)
- Possess a clear credit and criminal record
- Be willing to work in Stellenbosch or Sandton
- Have a minimum 60% average grade
