AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, invites unemployed South African youth to apply for the 12-month Long Term Insurance Learnership Programme.
This structured work-based learning opportunity combines theoretical training through an accredited provider and practical workplace experience, leading to a nationally recognized qualification.

To be considered for this Learnership, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must have a Grade 12/Matric certificate with English and (Maths / Maths Literacy / Accounting).
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years.
- Must not have participated in any previous learnerships.
- Must not be registered with another academic institution or engaged in any studies.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Email, and Internet) will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Must be a South African citizen.
