Airlink is looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and professional Flight Attendants to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and exceptional service of our passengers while maintaining Airlink’s high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members on board.
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.
Provide excellent in-flight service, including food and beverage distribution.
Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally.
Assist passengers with special needs, including young children and elderly individuals.
Adhere to Airlink’s policies, procedures, and aviation regulations.
Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the airline’s brand image.

Requirements

Minimum of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Valid Cabin Crew License (SACAA-approved).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive and friendly attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to meet the medical and fitness requirements for the role.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to swim unaided.
