This 12-month initiative is designed to empower unemployed youth by providing hands-on training and real-world work experience across PPC’s operational departments.

Participants will be placed in various PPC sites and communities across:
- Johannesburg
- Midrand
- Katlehong
- Vosloorus
- Spruitview
- Rietspruit
- Diepsloot
- Olievenhoutbosch
- Laudium
- Atteridgeville
- Lotus Gardens
- Silverton
- Kriel
As a trainee, you’ll benefit from:

To qualify for the PPC Youth Trainee Programme, applicants must:
- Be unemployed youth in South Africa
- Have a Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Reside in or near one of the listed programme locations
