This initiative is designed to empower unemployed South African youth with the skills and workplace experience necessary to start a meaningful career in the insurance and financial services industry.

- 12-month structured learning experience in the insurance industry
- Nationally recognised qualification upon successful completion

To be considered for the AVBOB Long Term Insurance Learnership 2025, applicants must:
- Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Have passed English and Mathematics / Maths Literacy / Accounting in Matric
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Have never attended a previous learnership
- Not be registered with any other academic institution or study programme
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email) – an advantage
- Be able to work independently and show initiative
- Be a South African citizen
