The EasyPay Learnership Programme is designed to empower young South Africans with the knowledge and practical experience required to thrive in customer-facing roles. No prior work experience is needed — only a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate, a passion for service, and a willingness to learn and grow.
As a Customer Sales & Service Consultant Learner, your duties will include:
- Acquiring new customers and promoting product education.
- Driving digital adoption and activating accounts.
- Cross-selling EasyPay’s products and services.
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and servicing needs.
- Performing regulatory checks (FICA, POPIA, NCR) and verifying customer identities.
- Issuing cards and supporting account origination.
- Meeting individual sales targets and contributing to business growth.
- Providing timely and professional resolutions to customer issues.
- Collaborating with team members and demonstrating a strong team spirit.
- Escalating non-standard issues to supervisors.
- Supporting EasyPay’s promise of delivering “HIGH FIVE” customer service.
- Continuously identifying ways to enhance the customer experience.
