As a Truworths Learnership participant, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing a minimum of 120 work hours.
- Gaining retail and customer service knowledge.
- Preparing for and completing assessment modules.
- Assisting customers in finding merchandise.
- Merchandising the store based on MBP principles.
- Processing payments and purchases on the POS system.
- Assisting with opening new accounts.
- Preventing and managing stock loss.
- Building long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensuring customer safety and security within the store.
To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for fashion and retail.
- Be committed to learning, participating in assessments, and completing your logbook.
- Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
