As a Learner at FNB, you’ll be placed in a structured learning environment where you’ll gain real-world exposure while completing a formal, registered qualification. The role combines theoretical learning with hands-on responsibilities across areas such as:
- Research and data analysis
- Administrative support
- Customer service and operations
- Process improvement and project support
You’ll also receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and guidance to help you meet the requirements of your qualification and succeed in a professional banking environment.
- Execute daily tasks to meet work objectives and business needs
- Communicate effectively with customers and handle complaints with professionalism
- Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance service delivery
- Maintain product and process knowledge to provide accurate information
- Work within compliance guidelines and internal procedures
- Identify and report any potential risks or inefficiencies

- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- No prior work experience required
- South African citizen
