The Westfalia Fruit Accelerated Graduates Programme (AGP) 2025 is designed to equip young professionals with practical industry exposure, hands-on training, and valuable learning opportunities. Eligibility & Requirements

To qualify, applicants must have a BSc, BEng, BEngTech, or BCom degree in one of the following or related fields:

  • Electrical Engineering
  • Taxation / Accounting
  • Human Resources
  • Food Science / Biotechnology / Food Technology
  • Environmental Management
  • Logistics Management
  • Industrial Engineering

Selection Criteria
  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Must have completed a relevant qualification in one of the listed fields
  • Must be 35 years old or younger
