Hill’s Pet Nutrition’s Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for early-career graduates looking to build a solid foundation in key commercial functions. Over the course of 24 months, selected trainees will gain hands-on experience through job rotations, strategic projects, and mentorship within the following areas:

  • Customer Development
  • Customer Service & Logistics
  • Marketing

There is also a separate stream for Finance Trainees, offering exposure to financial strategy, planning, and analytics.

Upon successful completion of the programme, trainees may be considered for permanent roles based on performance and business needs.
