Motus Aftermarket Parts invites unemployed youth across South Africa to apply for the Wholesale & Retail Operations Learnership Programme 2025 / 2026. This 12-month programme offers an incredible opportunity to gain valuable theoretical and hands-on work experience in the automotive parts industry.

Successful candidates will be placed at one of our branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Emalahleni, where they will actively participate in day-to-day operations across multiple departments.

What You’ll Learn (Role Responsibilities)

As a learner, you will gain practical knowledge in key operational areas, including:

  • Warehouse Operations: Picking, binning, and packing automotive parts
  • Sales: Understanding retail customer service and product knowledge
  • Administration: Handling retail documentation and system entries
  • Retail Environment: Exposure to front-line retail operations and customer engagement
Who Should Apply? (Requirements)

To be considered for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:

  • South African citizen
  • Aged between 18–25 years
  • Diploma or Degree qualification (any field)
  • Currently unemployed
  • No prior work experience
  • Clear criminal record (essential)
  • Certified copy of South African ID
