AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, invites unemployed youth across South Africa to apply for the Long Term Insurance Learnership Programme 2025. This 12-month learnership aims to provide valuable work experience and a nationally recognized qualification in the insurance industry.

A monthly stipend will be paid to successful candidates for the duration of the learnership.
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must:
- Be in possession of a valid Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Have passed English and Mathematics / Maths Literacy / Accounting in Matric.
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
- Not have previously participated in any other learnership programme.
- Not be registered with any other academic institution or engaged in any studies.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Possess basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Internet) – an advantage.
- Be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Be a South African citizen.
