Participants will be placed at one of Maersk’s offices in Johannesburg, Durban, or Cape Town, where they will support daily business operations while cultivating a customer-centric and operationally driven mindset.

To qualify for the Maersk Learnership Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate is essential.
- A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
- Must be between the ages of 18 – 30.
- Must not be permanently employed.
- Must not have completed a YES Learnership before.
- Must be available for the full 12-month duration of the programme.
- Must have a strong academic record.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and in a team.
