1. Intern: Telecoms Market Researcher
Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Telecommunications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Compile and write ICT company profiles with both qualitative and quantitative assessments.
- Support the development of research reports and client presentations.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and report generation.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Strong secondary research abilities and attention to detail.

2. Intern: Cloud and Data Centre Market Researcher
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organise data on emerging technologies, cloud computing, and data centres.
- Source information from various industry publications and reports.
- Support senior analysts in drafting xTech (emerging tech) reports.
- Maintain databases and contribute to presentations and client deliverables.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong research, data organisation, and analytical skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
3. Intern: Pricing Research
Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Finance, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and maintain accurate pricing data using Excel and online tools.
- Assist in developing pricing databases and generate insights for reports.
- Support data analysis efforts using Excel PivotTables and tools like Power BI.
- Participate in stakeholder interviews and contribute to client reporting.
Skills and Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of data analytics and pricing tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other data platforms.
- Strong numeric ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Hands-on experience with industry-specific research and analysis.
