About the Programme

Citi South Africa is inviting applications for its Graduate Internship Programme 2025. This one-year Learnership Programme provides hands-on experience within the Corporate Finance team, offering recent university graduates the opportunity to gain practical exposure across various Citi businesses.

As part of the programme, interns will:

Work alongside industry professionals and gain insight into the financial sector.
Receive training and mentorship to develop key business and technical skills.
Be sponsored for a postgraduate qualification relevant to their field.
Have the opportunity to apply for permanent positions within Citi during the programme.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for motivated graduates who meet the following criteria:

Undergraduate degree (minimum GPA of 65%) or a Master’s degree in any discipline.
Maximum 1 year of work experience (not required).
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Passion for learning and developing a career in the financial sector.
