Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Vodacom Early Careers Programme, applicants must:

  • Be a South African Citizen by birth.
  • Be 26 years old or younger.
  • Have completed or be completing a Degree by the end of 2026.
  • Hold a BCom, BSc, or B-Tech qualification in any field.
  • Possess a qualification at NQF Level 7 or higher.
