  • 70% Hands-on experience – Practical, on-the-job training
  • 20% Mentorship & Guidance – Learning through collaboration and support
  • 10% Classroom Learning – Formal training and development sessions

Graduate in Training Programme

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s / B.Tech / B.Com degree in:

  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Human Resources
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Health & Safety
  • Marketing / Communication

Engineer in Training Programme

Candidates must have a BSc, B-Tech, or BEng degree in:

  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
