Responsibilities
- Conduct Go2Market research and prepare presentations.
- Assist in organizing customer roadshows and events.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through tender portals.
- Write social media content and newsletters for internal and external audiences.
- Maintain customer contacts and records in SalesForce.
- Support administrative tasks such as tracking actions in Teams and processing travel claims.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Commerce.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
