The National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) is offering an internship program for unemployed graduates seeking practical experience in the medical, scientific, and administrative sectors. - Assist in medical laboratory testing, research, and diagnostics
- Support teams with data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Conduct administrative tasks, compliance checks, and documentation
- Participate in training workshops, mentorship programs, and on-the-job learning
- Collaborate with health professionals, scientists, and government stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Must be a South African citizen
- Aged 18 – 35 years
- Must have completed a National Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate Qualification in a relevant field
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced, regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & relevant software
- No prior work experience required (internship or volunteer experience is a plus)
