The TFG Internship Programme is an exciting opportunity for young graduates to gain hands-on experience in one of South Africa’s leading fashion and lifestyle retail groups. Duties & Responsibilities
Interns will gain exposure to real-world business operations and responsibilities, including:
- Supporting day-to-day retail operations in TFG stores
- Assisting merchandising and buying teams with product selection and trend analysis
- Engaging in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and e-commerce strategies
- Assisting in financial reporting, budgeting, and stock control
- Learning about supply chain management and logistics coordination
- Participating in software development and IT support projects
- Supporting HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee engagement
- Providing customer service and contributing to TFG’s customer experience strategies
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this internship, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens
- Have completed a National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years
- Have no prior permanent work experience
- Be passionate about retail, fashion, and business
- Have strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Be able to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
