The Harmony Gold Mining Internship Program is aimed at young graduates looking to gain practical experience in the mining industry. - Finance or Human Resources (for business-related internships)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in a mining environment, including underground operations.
- No prior formal work experience is required (entry-level internship).
- Duration: 12 to 24 months, depending on the program requirements.
