- A highly competitive 24-month programme made up of segmented fixed-term contracts
- Robust evaluations throughout the programme determine progression across each phase
- Structured around 6-month rotational cycles, offering cross-functional exposure within the selected business area
- Based on the 70–20–10 learning model:
- 70% learning through hands-on projects and challenging experiences
- 20% learning through coaching, mentorship, and developmental relationships
- 10% learning through formal training and coursework
- Encourages innovation, calculated risk-taking, and problem-solving in new ways
- Upon successful completion of the 24-month programme, graduates become eligible to apply for various permanent roles within the business
