Successful candidates will be appointed on a 12-month fixed-term employment contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain detailed and accurate task logs.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with daily operational activities.
  • Support ongoing projects and fulfil assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Conduct research when required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to support organisational goals.
  • Perform adhoc duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • A relevant Diploma or Degree aligned to the internship position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
Skills and Competencies
  • Professional, committed, and eager to learn.
  • Customer service driven with a strong sense of urgency.
  • High level of accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Able to use initiative and work independently.
  • Passion for administration and research.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
