Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

To be eligible for the Capricorn TVET College Internship Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must have completed or be in the final year of a TVET College qualification
  • Must require work-integrated learning (WIL) experience for qualification purposes (if applicable)
  • Must have a National Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, emails, internet navigation)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a professional work environment
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
