- Demonstrate commitment, dedication, and enthusiasm in learning and workplace activities.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Science (preferred).
- N2-N6 qualification (relevant to the chosen field) will be advantageous.
- Strong interest in the mining industry.
