- Undergraduate or Master’s degree with expected graduation between November 2025 – August 2026
- Outstanding academic record
- Demonstrated leadership experience in work settings or extracurricular activities
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis or querying tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Excel, Tableau) is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Eligibility: Must be able to work in South Africa without employer sponsorship
