About the Opportunity

Intelligent Debt Management (IDM) is looking for intelligent, motivated, and ambitious graduates to join our Onboarding Team as Financial Assessors. This role serves as the first step in a fast-track career path toward becoming a Financial Consultant within 6-12 months.

As a Financial Assessor, you will engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in our financial solutions. You will be responsible for gathering information about their financial situation, conducting an initial financial assessment, and educating them on how IDM can assist them in managing their debt effectively.

This role requires quick thinking, strong communication skills, and a client-centric mindset. You will be the first point of contact in a client’s debt management journey, making you an essential brand ambassador for IDM.

Key Responsibilitiesv
  • Contact clients who have made inquiries about financial assistance.
  • Gather and assess client financial information to determine their financial position.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Engage with consumers across various platforms and outbound channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and managing expectations.
  • Transfer eligible consumers to our Financial Consulting team for a detailed assessment.
  • Use company systems effectively to track and manage client interactions.

Requirements
  • Degree or National Diploma in a financial-industry-related field, such as:
    • Finance
    • Business Management
    • Accounting
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Advantageous: Experience in customer service or a previous sales-related role.
