This programme will help graduates build critical skills in the retail sector, with training in supply chain, business, technical, and personal development skills to accelerate career growth.
Participants will be placed at Massmart Offices/DCs in different regions across South Africa and will gain hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and mentors.
Supply Chain Graduate Programme

Minimum Qualifications Required:
Graduates must have completed a minimum of a Degree (Honours is advantageous) in one of the following fields:
- Industrial Engineering
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Informatics
- Information Science
- Information Systems
- Actuarial and Financial Mathematics
- Applied Mathematics
- Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management / Freight
HR Graduate Programme
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Graduates must have completed a minimum of a BCom HR Degree (Honours is advantageous).
