BMW Group South Africa is offering the Yes4Youth (Y4Y) Internship Programme for 2025. This initiative is part of BMW’s commitment to addressing youth unemployment in South Africa by providing young graduates with valuable hands-on work experience in their chosen fields.
The Yes4Youth (Y4Y) Programme is designed to equip participants with practical skills, workplace exposure, and professional development, enhancing their employability in the job market.
The programme is aimed at young South African citizens who meet the following criteria:
- Aged between 18 and 34 years
- Completed a University Degree or National Diploma in a relevant field
- Unemployed and not previously part of a Yes4Youth (Y4Y) programme
- Willing to be based in Midrand, Rosslyn, or Menlyn (Gauteng)
Successful candidates will be placed in different BMW locations based on their qualifications and field of interest. Internship opportunities are available in the following fields:
